1. Purchase & Access
- Your purchase grants you access to the 5-day Experience as described on the sales page.
- You must provide accurate and complete information at checkout.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
2. Fees & Payment
- The full fee must be paid at the time of purchase.
- Payment methods are as specified on our website.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors on our side.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Due to the live and digital nature of the Experience, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
- If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact contact@joellaskoogh.com within 7 days for a resolution.
4. Delivery & Participation
- The Experience takes place over 5 consecutive days via the Telegram platform.
- You are responsible for having a working Telegram account and internet connection to participate.
- Content shared in the Telegram group is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
- Access to the Telegram group will be available for the 5 days of the Experience and any additional time as specified on the sales page, after which access may be revoked.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials, audios, prompts, and other content shared during the Experience are the intellectual property of Joella Skoogh Comms AB.
- You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own personal use.
- You may NOT:
Record, reproduce, or distribute any content.
- Use the content for commercial purposes.
- Share your access or login with others.
- Breach of this clause may result in removal and legal action.
6. Results Disclaimer
- Joella Skoogh Comms AB does not guarantee any particular results from participating in the Experience.
- Results depend on individual effort, prior experience, and other factors.
- Testimonials or examples shared are not promises of specific outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Joella Skoogh Comms AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Experience.

- Your personal information is used only to deliver and communicate about the Experience, unless you have explicitly opted in to receive other communications.

- You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and Telegram app function properly.
- Joella Skoogh Comms AB is not responsible for:
Your connection or device issues.
Temporary outages of Telegram or other platforms.
