- Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
- In cases of accidental duplicate purchases, contact contact@joellaskoogh.com within 7 days for a resolution.

5. Course Content & Access

- Course materials are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing content is prohibited.
- Access Duration: You will have access to course materials for the lifetime of the course (as long as the course is available on our platform).
- Right to Modify: Joella Skoogh Comms AB reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time, including rescheduling the exact dates and times of the course.

6. Intellectual Property

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joella Skoogh Comms AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
